Why is it ok to keep someone out of a job because of their skin color?

I noticed how people talk nasty about black people and say they are lazy and ignorant, but these same people are the employers that deliberately wont give blacks a job because they hate them. so what are people supposed to do to pay their rent and bills? Money doesnt appear out of thin air we need to work for a living. So why are blacks called lazy and told that they don’t want to work, when while trying to apply for jobs we are kept out deliberately because we are hated for our skin color?
