i am being bullied at work and it is just so unorganised and dirty there, what can i do to get them reported?

ok so i started working at this dental practice in manchester just under 2 months ago. from day one i noticed it was breaking some health and safety and cross infection policies. now ive been there a bit longer and gone to different websites, i have found out that she CAN get shut down because it is realy bad there.
also, i am getting badly bullied there, by the main dentist who also happens to be the boss! she and another dental nurse (who happens to be her best mate) are always niggling at me, talking about me at home etc and everytime they start on me its always in front of the patient/s…obviously to make her look big and hard. exept the patients do notice and often ask me if im ok…well it wouldnt shock you to say that half the patients don’t come back again!!! i reckon this is racial discrimination as i am the only white girl there…and the other dental nurses in the past (all white) have left for the same reasons! but i dont want to leave as i thoroughly enjoy my job and always have!
also, the place is badly run. i havent had a contract, either verbally nor written! and when i got my payslip last month, the figures were wrong, so she took it back off me and hasnt given me a new one. i am supposed to get paid on the 10th of every month, except i havent this month and now i am struggling for the rent and food.
i recently recovered from a bad spell of depression (being only 21)…and now it is coming back and is playing with my relationship! i feel so down again and just cry whenever i get the chance. but my boss wont let me have any time off and she wouldnt let me go home one day when i was ill, so i keep failing my doctors appts!
if anyone can guide me in the right direction as to what i can do about all this, i would be more than gratefull.

Ok so..here is the story..My dad gambles,never cares about anyone,hides money,never gives us allowance,we have to ask him for money or to buy me and my sister stuff,we are never able to go out alone walking with my sister,and the only time we get to go is when he goes to gamble and comes home at like 6 am and sleeps till like 2 in the afternoon.But the biig problem,my house sucks.Its wayy to small,only 2 bedrooms and there is 3 daughters,my mom shares her bed with my mom.Me and my sis share rooms,my dad sleeps on the couch,and we only have one laptop!!.I asked him to buy me something online wit a credit card,he said i dont have a credit card..I just walked away I couldnt take it anymore.Soo my mom told him once she wants to divorce,but my mom doesnt have a car,my dad took it,and my mom had a job,she quit because of family.But my moms brother is gonna buy her a house before summer vacation.Soo yeah my life sucks!!And sometimes my mom talks nasty about and to him like get up fat ass,i sometimes feel bad for him,but idk what to do.If my mom divorces now then I have to live wit my dad cuz he got money and a job which he barley works there.Soo i dont know and I cant talk to my dad about life because he barley knows english,he does but sometimes he goes wth u talking aboutSoo yeah xP..any tips or advice or anything like that??Just something to make my life better!! I noticed how people talk nasty about black people and say they are lazy and ignorant, but these same people are the employers that deliberately wont give blacks a job because they hate them. so what are people supposed to do to pay their rent and bills? Money doesnt appear out of thin air we need to work for a living. So why are blacks called lazy and told that they don’t want to work, when while trying to apply for jobs we are kept out deliberately because we are hated for our skin color?
