cant talk to girl in ipc class?

ok so i like this girl in my ipc class but she sits next to a girl that i hate and i cant stand. so every time i try to talk to the girl i like the girl i hate is sitting there giving me these nasty looks. so i jsut decided to stop talking to her whenever the girl i hate is there. so now i barely talk to the girl i like and she says i reject her. but i dont i really want to talk to her but i cant. wtf should i do?
