This is what happened. I am a single dad and last Wednesday my 6 year old son got into some trouble at school and on Thursday had an in school suspension, so when I picked him up on Thursday I asked him what he did he replies "I sucked some boys pepe" I thought maybe some of the boys in the class were talking nasty so I said "that is nasty talk." So we went and got something to eat and when we were eating my son said "my butt hurts," So I said "Why does your butt hurt." He tells me when he was done sucking this boys pepe he put it in my butt. Now I am in a panic and call the principal of the school at home and tell him what is being said. He tells me he will talk to my son the next day. Just before bed I told my son if you are lying I want you to tell me the truth now and you won’t get into trouble he repeated the same story. I am still having trouble believing this is happening but my son has never changed his story. So in the morning I told him this is very serious what you are saying so I need to know the truth of what happened and again he repeated the same story. So about noon the principal calls me and said this boy started to admit what happened but he couldn’t continue to talk to him till his parents were there and they wouldn’t be available till Monday. I was to meet with the principal on Monday at 11:00 and that is when he gave me the doctored up version of what this boy said. The real version was very graphic and not something I wanted to hear. So the boy was arrested earlier that day and sexual battery charges were filed against him by the school district. So now my son will meet with the school psychologist every Wednesday to work through this and I am a complete mess.
Now my questions are how can I find out what penalty the DA is seeking I heard the boy could get 15 years. Also I want to tell the boy how much he had destroyed my sons innoncence and tell him how much he has hurt my family. Even though I will probably never find out I want to know why did he target my son? After his mom was killed by a drunk driver in June now this at Christmas. This has not been a good year. The boy did say in a statement he watch one of his dad porn videos at that is where he got this idea. If that is the case I would like to know what kind of dad would let his 9 year old get ahold of a porn video. I would like to know did my son cry, did he tell him to stop maybe it’s better I don’t know that but I need to make sure this boy will never cross my sons path for a very long time. I just have alot of unanswered questions.
